La Pura Vista Conditions:

- Prices are quoted in US$ per night.
- Minimum stay of 2 nights is required.
- Reservations are secured after paying a deposit of US$ 300,00 per room per week.
- From December 22, 2012 till January 5, 2013 a minimum stay of 7 nights is required.
- Rates are subject to a US$ 6,50 per person per night Government tourist tax.
- No service charge will be added.
- Rates include meet & greet at airport, welcome drink, bottle of wine and snacks in the room, complimentary tea, coffee,
  water and icecubes during stay.
- Government taxes are subject to change without notice.
- Extra beds are only possible in the Standard Studio are subject to an additional charge of US$ 15,00
  per night per bed.
- Breakfast is an additional charge of US$ 17,50 per person per day, including 6% sales tax and is
  compulsary. 
- We regret that La Pura Vista has no facilities to accept any pets.    
- Children under 12 years old on request.

Breakfast includes coffee, tea, juice, toast, various bread(rolls), jelly, ham & cheese, boiled egg, yoghurt and fresh fruits. If you have special wishes for breakfast we will take care of that!
